Artice carries out light profiling activities based on artistic preferences and interests, in order to suggest artworks and artists aligned with the collector’s profile.

We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy and security of such websites, nor for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of their content.

The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement of the content or operators of those platforms, except as explicitly stated within the Services.
Personal data may be shared with:
artists on the platform (only when necessary for transactions)
Artice collaborators and consultants
technical providers (hosting, digital tools)
Data will not be publicly disclosed.
If digital tools with servers located outside the EU are used, data transfers will take place in compliance with GDPR safeguards.
