Artice is a digital platform operating as a curatorial space, as well as a promotion and advisory service for contemporary artworks by emerging artists.

Artice:

  • selects artists and artworks according to a curatorial vision

  • facilitates contact between collectors and artists

  • provides personalized art advisory services

2. Role of Artice

Artice is not a party to the sales contract between artist and collector.

Financial transactions take place directly between:

  • artist (seller)

  • collector (buyer)

Artice acts as:

  • a cultural intermediary

  • a relationship facilitator

  • an advisor

3. Access to the Platform

Access to the website is free.

Users may:

  • browse artworks and artists

  • request information

  • book advisory services

Submitting a request does not constitute any contractual obligation.

4. Artworks and Information

Artworks displayed on Artice are described with:

  • technique

  • dimensions

  • price

  • conceptual context

Artice strives to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors.

5. Purchase Process

The purchase of an artwork takes place on the platform.خ

The process is as follows:

  • collector inquiry

  • contact facilitated by Artice

  • direct agreement between artist and collector

Any sales contracts are concluded directly between the parties.

6. Commissions

Sales generated through Artice

In the case of a sale resulting from a contact generated via the platform:

  • 70% to the artist

  • 30% to Artice

7. Commissioned Works

For works created upon request:

  • economic and operational terms are defined on a case-by-case basis

  • Artice may apply a management fee

8. Artwork Reservations

Artice may require:

  • a reservation fee

  • which is non-refundable

  • valid for a limited period

Specific conditions are communicated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Additional Services Offered by the Platform

Artice offers:

  • personalized art advisory

  • support in artwork selection

  • intermediation for commissioned works

  • temporary rental of artworks

Terms are defined separately.

10. Liability

Artice:

  • is not responsible for the conclusion or outcome of negotiations

  • does not guarantee the sale of artworks

  • is not responsible for:

    • the final quality of the artwork

    • shipping

    • any damages

Artice undertakes to operate with professionalism and transparency.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (texts, images, artworks):

  • is owned by the artists or licensed to Artice

  • is protected by copyright

Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. Amendments

Artice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
